Your Values

When the journey gets hard, a clear sense of what matters most can anchor you — far better than a number on the scale. This worksheet helps you surface your core values.

1. What matters most

Which areas of life matter most to you right now? (For example: family, health, work, friendships, faith, learning, the outdoors, community.)

2. A good day, a year from now

Picture an ordinary good day a year from now. What are you doing? Who are you with? How do you feel?

3. Name one value

Write a single word or short phrase that captures what you most want to protect and grow.

Think of this value as a precious diamond — it cannot be tarnished or scratched by any “success” or “setback” on the scale.
