Resilience

The journey is long, and setbacks are part of it — not evidence of failure, but of being human. Weight regain, in particular, is biology, not a character flaw. Resilience is the practice of returning, with self-compassion, to what matters.

1. A recent setback

Think of a recent setback. What happened — and what did you say to yourself afterward?

2. Reframe

If a good friend told you the very same story, what would you say to them?

Try speaking to yourself the way you would to someone you love.

3. Your supports

What people, habits, or reminders help you find your footing again?
