“Your Best Weight Journey”

As you go through these chapters, take your time. This is a journey and not a sprint! Consider writing down your own thoughts, ideas, and reflections about the material. If you are comfortable feel free to post to the community. The idea here is both to present information but also to try to do it in such a way that it can be adequately digested. I will also include some handouts from a colleague and mentor, Dr. David Macklin that will reinforce various lessons.
